Catalog fields

This page lists every field a listing carries, the type of each field, and the rule that validates it. Issue #101 fills it. That task defines the listing schema, so the field list follows the schema rather than a copy of it.

The page holds one table per field group. A row names the field, the type, the allowed values, and whether the field is required.

Why the values are closedLink to this section#

An agent compares listings across sellers. A free text value compares against nothing, so a comparable field takes a value from a published list.
